If it doesn't have an E.O.T certificate you could be turfed out of the villa during your stay by the tax authorities or the tourist police.

It would not be easy to find alternative accommodation in peak season.

Perhaps Holiday Lettings, Villarenters, etc clients should also be made aware of the new legislation?

My advice would be to make absolutely certain that the villa is legallly registered. From the answers above, you can only assume that the one in Vrisses is not.
